Paul Mucci
Paul Mucci is devoted and focused on developing people and optimizing their potential! He founded Optimal Leadership in 2016 to help organizations in the Cleveland area develop their managers, so they can better lead themselves, and their teams.
Paul has over 17 years of experience in the training and development industry. Over those seventeen years he has been adjunct faculty for multiple universities in Ohio, facilitated training courses, provided 1 on 1 coaching, led successful teams as manager, and been responsible for all aspects of his own business.
Paul’s drive to help managers become better leaders stems from his own personal experience, and the challenges he faced leading teams. His goal is to give managers the necessary tools to help them maximize their own potential, and the potential of those around them.
Paul earned his BBA in Marketing at Francis Marion University, and his MBA from the Keller Graduate School of Management. Paul and his wife Joti, reside 30 miles east of Cleveland in Concord, Ohio with their two children Kaila and Dominic.
